PEAK Motherhood Coaching

In six weeks, we’ll help you move from overwhelmed, stressed out, and drained to healthy, nourished, and fulfilled. We look at health holistically because we know that “health” does not exist in a vacuum. It is a culmination of things such as how you nourish your body, what you believe and how you talk about yourself, what you spend your time doing, and the quality of your relationships. From food to movement to relationships, nervous system regulation to screen time, approaches to parenting and more—it’s all connected, and we don’t shy away from any of the hard stuff.

In our first call, we’ll talk about each area of your life and what’s not working as well as it could. At each of the next six calls, we’ll zoom in on one specific area, offer simple solutions that work for you and this season of your life, and help you create maintainable habits that are easy and life-giving.

Each week, we’ll recap how the previous week’s solutions and habits went and build off of them for the next week. We’re creating sustainable change, not quick fixes that will fall by the wayside in a couple months.

Whether you’re postpartum or perimenopausal, whether you have one kid or ten—the best time to focus on your health is now.

Program Structure

  • PEAK coaching is for first-time moms with newborn babies, moms with older kids getting ready to move out of the house, and every mom in between. Different seasons of motherhood ask different things of us—we are constantly evolving to meet the demands of this season, our kids' changing needs, and our own changing needs. No matter how long you’ve been a mother or how many children you’ve raised, you deserve health, wellness, and support.

  • PEAK is a 6-week, one-on-one and fully virtual program focused on optimizing your health—physical, mental, and relational. We will evaluate four key areas of your life, create a plan for optimization, and build habits to help you stick with the changes.

  • We will meet via Zoom once before the program starts to talk through four key areas: diet, sleep, relationships, and how you spend your time. We will then meet six more times to create health in each area, talk about habits to build, and check in on last week’s habits. I will send notes, resources, and reminders after each call.

    Changes are more sustainable when you have someone in your corner checking in you. I will message you midweek to see how your habits and plans are going, and I’ll be available to you for any questions you have throughout the week.
