Hi, I’m Shelby.
I am a perinatal fitness coach, doula, friend, wife, and—most importantly—a mom to two boys.
When I got pregnant with my oldest, I dove head first into all things pregnancy and birth. I read all the books, listened to all the podcasts, and became a certified perinatal fitness coach. Unsurprisingly, when my son was born, the passion I have for pregnancy and birth evolved into a passion for motherhood and for mothers.
I experienced firsthand the crucial role a mother’s health plays in her family and her home. I also saw just how easy it is to lose yourself in motherhood and to put your own health and well-being on the back burner.
I believe you can thrive in motherhood. That you can be healthier, happier, more present and more fulfilled than ever before, even in the chaos that inevitably comes with raising a family. I started PEAK Motherhood to come alongside moms to help them get back to themselves—to come back to the kind of health and well-being that has the power to change not only your life, but your family’s lives as well.
